To celebrate this milestone, the release of Treasure Beyond Measure coincided with a fundraiser at The Manor for Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Our 2005 signature wine, a blend of four wines, commemorates Jim’s grandfather, John G. Bittner.

John means God’s gracious gift, and he truly was a gift to the family. This patriarch set the standards that carry through today. His intelligence, his wit, his integrity and his kindness are all qualities the Bittner grandchildren emulate.

Grandpa was born on May 22, 1904 and died January 31, 1982. He was able to meet his first born great-grandchild, Kevin, fulfilling a dream of meeting the next generation.

This wine celebrate's Margo and Jim Bittners' 25th Wedding Anniversary. The pears themselves were grown on the farm of which Jim is President, Singer Farms.

This wine starts with the fruit taste, flows into buttery, spice and ends up back at pear. Wonderful cold, the flavors develop after pouring. 11% Alc./Vol.
