A sweet plum wine. The plum aroma hints at the rich taste. Imagine this wine as an aperitif or with a spicy dish.

According to the thesaurus, a plum is a treasure, as is your health. This sweet plum wine is our 2006 signature wine because it commemorates Margo's fifth anniversary as a breast cancer survivor.

To celebrate this milestone, the release of Treasure Beyond Measure coincided with a fundraiser at The Manor for Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

The new vintage of this full bodied wine has a delicate smoothness. The blend of wines allows you to pair it with rich beef dishes or other spicy meat entrees.

Our 2005 signature wine, a blend of four wines, commemorates Jim’s grandfather, John G. Bittner.

John means God’s gracious gift, and he truly was a gift to the family. This patriarch set the standards that carry through today. His intelligence, his wit, his integrity and his kindness are all qualities the Bittner grandchildren emulate.

Grandpa was born on May 22, 1904 and died January 31, 1982. He was able to meet his first born great-grandchild, Kevin, fulfilling a dream of meeting the next generation.

This wine celebrate's Margo and Jim Bittners' 25th Wedding Anniversary. The pears themselves were grown on the farm of which Jim is President, Singer Farms.

This wine starts with the fruit taste, flows into buttery, spice and ends up back at pear. Wonderful cold, the flavors develop after pouring.
